To make this an all-in-one platform it would be great to have a "Projects" tab that allows us to create task, assign those to specific users, and restrict access to those users. For example, we could create an onboarding section and auto-assign those based on user type (Client, Account Manager, Sales, etc.). We could also have tasks that get assigned to the client. The client could login and see what needs to be done, what's being worked on, etc. This could also be added to the daily/weekly reports that go to the client so they are kept in the loop on things.

Nick Daugherty the problem with this is it becomes cumbersome and confusing for team members when there are lots of any priority.
Pallavi Kothari there either needs to be another way to prioritise or the admin can set the priority system. My suggestion below is similar to the Eisenhower Matix Alex Nedelea mentioned, but more powerful if we can add aspects to it.
We have tested many over the years and find a multifaceted scoring priority system works best. The most basic form of what we use now is (though having another 3-4 elements to score on can be valuable), where each aspect is scored out of 8:
- Confidence Level — How confident you are this is the right move, given available information and resources. — How confident you are this is the right move, given available information and resources.
- Urgency & Importance — Combination of due dates and importance (tied to your Rocks, Pebbles, Sand, Water framework).
- Impact & Effort — High impact + low effort scores highest. Low impact + high effort scores lowest.
- Opportunity Cost — What higher-value thing gets sacrificed by saying yes to this. 8 = sacrifices nothing; 1 = consumes resources needed for a clearly more valuable priority (time, attention, capacity, cash, energy, reputation).
This automatic priority scoring based on a few organisational guidelines and AI avoids many clashes of priority, confusion, etc. The priority can still be manually adjusting any of the aspects scores.
Having dependencies is almost as essential as having templates (that can be duplicated, modified and saved as a new template) and being able to share these across subaccounts or to other external subaccounts would be great.
Showing and adding tasks from the calendar and linking them to projects is very valuable, as is being able to estimate and track assignee time against tasks.
A customisable dashboard (similar to Clickup) would be good.
Plus the things I and others have already mentioned.

Since this one was put under review back in May of 2025, and it's been a year now, is it safe to say this is not going to happen?
If it's still possible that this might happen, I would love to see projects associated with tasks. You open the Projects pane and see a list of projects, each of which can be assigned a status. When you click into a project, you see a list of tasks. Each task can be assigned a status, much like you can in Trello or on a Kanban board. Those tasks can be assigned to people, can have predecessor tasks, and due dates. I think at a minimum, those would be the requirements for me at least.
Big time fingers crossed that this one is still in progress!

Technically, opportunities and projects are the same thing. One is pre-sale, the other post-sale. What we want is a solution that enables us to associate tasks with specific opportunities/projects, allows us to assign multiple staff to a project, and allows us to set a start date, due date, and action date.
We have built an app for several clients that integrates MS365, GHL, and QuickBooks/Xero, providing a single Command Center for our clients to handle every aspect of their business from marketing through to project completion.
If you simply let opportunities be both 'opportunities and projects', and allow tasks and users to be directly linked to the opportunity/project, then we will simply amend our app structure accordingly.

We need a setup that gives us the right context and the right opportunities so tasks can be created as they should.
We also need a dashboard that shows task priority and expected time duration.
We should have AI learn from the tasks we have done in the past, so it can help us organise them by priority and by time. That way we can tackle the shortest duration tasks with the highest critical importance.
If possible, add an Eisenhower matrix so we know what to focus on at the right moment. It should also let us add tasks inside the calendar, and work with tools like Reclaim and ClickUp, replacing them completely.
The goal is simple.
Neat organisation in the calendar, and smart sorting by priority.
