To make this an all-in-one platform it would be great to have a "Projects" tab that allows us to create task, assign those to specific users, and restrict access to those users. For example, we could create an onboarding section and auto-assign those based on user type (Client, Account Manager, Sales, etc.). We could also have tasks that get assigned to the client. The client could login and see what needs to be done, what's being worked on, etc. This could also be added to the daily/weekly reports that go to the client so they are kept in the loop on things.

This is a great idea, but I think it needs to be simple to execute for clients that don't need a big project style task manager. Pipedrive did that and its way too involved for basic task management.

It would be awesome if a Project had a Pipeline (like Opportunities, but specific to Projects) and each Pipeline had one or more Tasks associated with it. We cold create Pipelines for various project types. When we create a new Project, we pick the appropriate Pipeline (e.g. social campaign, email marketing, consulting, etc, etc).

This would be great, but I would love it to be structured with focus on "Project Management" more than "Better Tasks". I would love a better tasks system too though. What do you think about this structure?

I 100% need something like this! I feel like we have to run Trello and GHL right now to manage projects. When you have clients with mumultiplelitple project running tracking them is getting frustrating in GHL!
