Conditional logic for survey questions

Does anyone know if you can apply conditional logic to survey questions? For example, if a question is yes/no, but you want to assign 5 points for "yes", and 2 points for "no", is this possible? It would also be nice to be able to have a running total as you are going through the survey.

why is this not done when in Forms it is?

Thanks very much. This does answer part of my question. Unfortunately, I think the other part of my question, which I didn't even know to ask, was whether or not you could award points based upon a response. So, instead of a question like "do you have work experience (Y/N)?", you would ask "How many years of work experience do you have?" So if they had 10 years of experience, they might receive 50 points. If they had between 5-10 years of experience, they might receive 30 points, and so on.
At this point, the only way I can think of doing this is to ask them a bunch of Yes/No questions that will ultimately lead me to their answer, but it would add many more questions to the survey.
