It would be useful to be able to see all messages and comments from social media platforms in an 'inbox' function where we can manually respond to and manage them, not just set up automated responses as these don't always work for certain comments/messages.

Similar to sprout and other social tools it would be great to be able to view and respond to comments / dm's within all the platforms and pages you connect within the social planner
