Ability to enable auto sharing of positive reviews To social sites (get to select which sites) if they meet a set  minimum threshold ie 3+ or 4+ etc. 
also include the ability to set the max number of posts per day so that you don’t over share to social media if you get a lot of reviews at one time. Ie 5 per day etc even if 10 reviews came in at once.

is it optional and gives ability to choose which reviews we want to post or its by default based on review rating?

Sumo18 CRM: You will be able to go to Social Planner > click on new post > Review posting
It will be based on whatever rating you would like to share.

Make sure this has the option to add a bunch of custom backgrounds to choose from. If it is just color backgrounds of basic stock stuff no business owners will like it or want it. even just adding the option to use a brand color as the background will be better than this

It would be great if all the reviews that are submitted would automatically post to, for example, a Facebook page where you could create a custom post such as "We just received another awesome 5-star review from a patient" with a snip of the review as the photo.
