When managing thousands of contacts it's important to easily filter through contacts based on their values, and identify any discrepancies. By allowing the filter "is" or "is not" in a smart list will allow the user to compare contacts, effectively identifying errors in the segmentation process.

This can also be used in many other ways, and could be useful to further segment smart or find polar opposite smart lists.
