Pretty big new feature request, but having a workflow builder at the agency level that can connect with the agency sub account would be very helpful for managing subscriptions and account access.

Would love to be able to get a notification if a user cancels their Saas subscription from their account billing. Also, possibly be able to add messaging or a survey before they cancel.
Would be 10x better if that could be added as a trigger to use in Workflows & triggers. (Could send NPS surveys or give coupon code or something to resign up).

New to the SaaS world, and I could really use a trigger that could be activated when a user requests a change in subscription to their SaaS account.

This would all me to serve my users at a much higher level and give better customer service.

to see this still not implemented is truly mindboggling to me. THIS IS BASIC feature of any SaaS platform. I mean we literally use the platform to create nurturing campaigns... and if someone is about to cancel... or upgrades... we need to trigger ACTION of some sort. So the very platform built for email sequencing, and SaaS work - doesnt do the most basic thing?????

Currently if a customer cancels their subscription, the earliest automated notification I can receive won't come until their cancellation is finalized. This leaves me no opportunity to reach out and see if I can save the customer/relationship. Would love to see this implemented asap!

I think you're really underplaying the importance of this here. The ability to trigger workflows when someone's SaaS plan changes in ANY way is crucial to business.
Right now, if someone goes in and clicks to upgrade their account to a higher plan, we can't trigger anything that would be as simple as saying thank you to as complex as having automation that will send them whatever they need. With active agencies, it can be a guessing game and things FALL THROUGH the cracks.
At the same time, being able to downgrade from a higher-priced plan to a lower-priced plan should be an option since there is the option to upgrade or cancel. Downgrades should be able to trigger automation as well! It's a revenue recovery issue here or at the very least a way to make sure we're notified and can make other changes as necessary to do things like remove course accesses, community access, etc.
This is something VERY basic to business that should have been done long ago.
