Instead of creating each plan from scratch, it would be simpler to duplicate an existing SaaS plan and then edit.

At the moment there are steps that need redoing that are probably the same across every plan, e.g. markup values, so being able to duplicate a plan would remove the need to re-enter these values on new plans.
