Ability to customize the Welcome email and Lost Password email

This fix needs to include the ability to send the password if they request it. As of now, it the custom field shows as blank when you send it after the first time they ever get access.

This! I have been going around trying to get this changed on my end, but I haven't gotten anything. Is there any updates as if they are going to be able to change the forgot password and login with secure password "from" email, and email message?

It would be nice if agencies could have the option to turn off the automatic email completely so we have time to make a few adjustments to their account once it's created.
It would work like this: Customer signs up for SaaS account > SaaS account is automatically created > agency is notified but no login email is sent to the customer (we would send an email telling them to go through the training course though and notify them that their account is being set up) > then agencies would set up their account and then manually send the login email once their account is ready.
It would be nice if we could send their login details though a workflow too, like we can with the membership credentials.

I think the team needs to slow down a bit on developing a million new features, and try to focus on refining some of the ones they already have. This has been requested for ages now, and still not implemented despite being a default feature I think most would expect out of SaaS mode.
All the AI and other new features are great, but a lot of these other important ones are being left behind/pushed back. Customizability is key, so that SaaS mode really enables us to be truly white labeled.

Thibault Weber: I second this, especially because most of the new features are broken on release and not available in the SaaS Config so we're forced to give it to our users before we're ready to or before it actually works.

This ability is needed ASAP. My logo has white in it since we are using the dark mode theme. We can't use a different logo for the email so our branding is obscured and blends in with the standard welcome email that is sent with a white background. As an alternative allow us the ability to turn off the welcome messages and we will send our own.
