To be able to change the welcome message and lost password message including the sender email so that it doesn't come from the do-not-reply address and so we can add any additional info we want to add in the messages.

I am happy to share with you all that customising system email templates for User management-related emails is out now.
You can now customise:
📧 User welcome email template
📧 Login 2FA / Verification Code email template
📧 Reset password email template
Customising system email templates across other HighLevel products/features will follow in the upcoming months.

Please fix it asap. They Definitely don't need access to our transactional emails, Only those that are relevant to sub-accounts.

As of now, in our implementation we have ensured subaccount users can not change your Agency templates or access the relevant custom values. We will check the possible solutions we can implement to hide the Agency System templates for them.

Relative to the SaaS "activation" email when a new subaccount is created.
Currently, this email forces to use the subject line "Activate Your Account | <agency company name>" even if we have a different subject line in the email template.
We have been receiving multiple refund requests because customers says they did not ever "activate" their account so why were they charged for the first month subscription.
My conclusion since my client's company is in the US, the word "activate" is associated with when they receive an email to example activate their credit cards. It meant that the thing is not yet activated so they need to do something to make it active. Which of course is not the case for this SaaS.
The ASK is to make use of the subject line that was indicated in the email template being used for the SaaS welcome email.
