If anyone is paying for a lookup, we should be able to see the result of that lookup, including carrier and error codes and in turn, be able to work around them or with them.

If taking care of everyone's pocket and reputation is a thing, we need to have a way to monitor and alert and failsafe, when a specific message has received a certain number of errors in a row or something and just draft/pause/stop/remove from a sequence (like "stop on reply" but "removed due to error rate in workflow XYZ, click here to correct and reinsert").
