We have tested a ton of reporting programs. Our two favorites are Swydo and Whatagraph. Both allow us to customize exactly what our clients see so they are only getting pertinent/valuable info to them. Since neither of these programs can pull in high level data and since HL is adding so many different reporting features I think it would be incredibly valuable to be able to customize the tiles/widgets on the dashboard and include single metrics from all of the new reporting features so we can display exactly whats most important to each client. Bring FB/Google/Call Stats/Attribution to the dashboard in the form of widgets.On top of that it would be great for admins to be able to export to pdf/sheets and also have reports auto emailed and or a "live link". Bonus: Set a standard template at the agency level and customize sub accounts from there.
