Right now we cannot assign a Rating to a category but that seems like a big flaw and simple fix.

Instead of forcing us to use a single select choice.

I'd like the opportunity to assign the categories to the ratings they give. Because I'm using the ratings to rate themselves on a scale from 1-10 to see how much progress their making.

I built 15 questions / pages only to find out they don't even work with categories.
