The Quiz tool is so close. By adding sections/category as a way to organize the questions and have the ability to provide a custom response based on the score for each section.

I love this idea. I was just researching if there was a possible way to use highlevel for what I can do with scoreapp.

Agreed. Currently there is only one response per category score. This limits the functionality of the tool. It would be nice to have custom category comments per category score.
