Ability to Set a Different Content to Show For Each Individual Category on the Results Template

When someone submits a quiz, we want to be able to show one results message for Category A if the user scores 75% - 100% but we want to show a different results message for Category B if the user scores in the exact same score tier (75% - 100% ).
User Request:
For the quiz results, is there any way for the different categories to have different success messages?
Ex: we have multiple categories, and someone can score 100% in Cat A and in Cat B. We want to ell them, in Cat A you did well which means X.
But not say the same thing for 100% in Cat B

The different result pages display the point, percentage... For each category. I want to display only the category that has the highest result. And for each category I should be able to customize the result.
