I shouldn't have to leave the contact to go digging in the estimate, invoice, tabs. I should be able to view that information from the contact.
Must needed for home service businesses.

All of our sales are done over the phone, due to high price ticket.
We need an ability to View Invoice from a Contact record, when opened the Invoice, Add Payment. Right now we can Add Payment, if they are not a Payment Plan and many of the guests are. It forces us to "manually process the payments, which adds to the workload of the Sales Team.
Invoice Balance info at a glance:
We have to go to Payments>Invoice to view remaining Balance. Would be great to see a summary in the Contact record.

AGREED! We should be able to view, add, and edit invoices and estimates directly from a customer record. We should be able to easily convert an estimate into an invoice and record payments as well.
