Here are some deficiencies we've encounter since selling and using the system:
  1. Calendars aren't integrated with the POS: the service calendars usually sell services (duh). So when my clients comes in for X services, I want to be able to charge directly from his appointment.
  2. POS in Desktop. This is just plain unbelievable we don't have.
  3. Commission System: We need to be able add commissions. I do have a system in place using Opportunities, but it's just too complicated.
