We're considering implementing Freshlime (https://www.freshlime.com/platform/customer-data/) into our software stack, but High Level already does almost everything, and I think it could be pretty huge if we had a way to track LTV for both ourselves and clients. Having a dashboard where we/they can see how valuable and cost effective good marketing is to their business could also help with retention, as well as providing ideas to see where any hidden opportunities are to increase those metrics in their (or our) business.
