* Add a setting that allows administrators to disable opportunity deletion.

* Introduce role-based permissions to control which users can delete opportunities.

* Include optional soft-delete and restore functionality.

Please add a user permission setting that allows administrators to disable the ability to delete Opportunity Cards for selected users or roles.

When this permission is disabled, the user should still be able to:

View Opportunity Cards

Edit Opportunity Cards

Move Opportunity Cards between pipeline stages

However, they should not be allowed to delete Opportunity Cards.
