Our company has 3 divisions.
It would be a great help for user overload if you can restrict Which pipelines users can see.

Pallavi Kothari Remove limiting user restrictions based on them owning opportunities in the pipeline!! Just a simple yes/no restriction is all we need

John Flaniken Hi !
We didnt want to build a state where the users who have opportunities assigned are not able to view them
It is just a few clicks to unassign the opportunities for them
Please let us know if you face any trouble achieving the same

Pallavi Kothari In addition to traditional pipeline use, we use pipelines in conjunction with dashboards as our user data tracking... ie: salesperson makes a call greater than 5min >>> assigned opportunity gets created in "Salesperson Data Tracking Pipeline", "Quality Call" stage. these type of stats are displayed in KPI dashboard. users don't need access to these pipelines, yet the opportunities need to remain assigned to display user data in the KPI dashboard.

I have a new staff member and I am trying to bulk add them to all the opportunities in 2 pipelines, as they will be managing just the clients in those two and this cannot be done!
I have another new staff member who will be managing a different 3 pipelines and need to do the same bulk action that does not exist!
I have 11 different pipelines for different cohorts in our business and have different managers for different areas, being able to restrict pipelines to just their area is exactly what I am trying to do!

I'm working with a huge franchise with over 400 agencies. We can't create 400 subaccounts, and ask their IT team at head office to add 400 brand domains and 400 x 5 other DNS records for their dedicated domain names for email sending efficacy. We need one subaccount into which we can add all the agency users (restrict which pipelines the users can see), and ask their IT team to add one set of DNS records. Please GHL (Pallavi Kothari), when is this coming out? This is SUPER URGENT for us! It's make it or break it with this big client.

Needs to be a way to turn off the ability to have a user see all pipelines. There should be an option for them to only see theirs. Not all companies share data and it can be confusing for users if they can see and even select other peoples pipelines

my client would only have the ability to view one of the pipelines that where created but the agency has the ability to view them all.

This is super helpful for teams using separate pipelines.
Also, please make editable fields and quick actions on opportunity cards save at the pipeline level — not per user/browser.
Each department needs different default data, and right now, I’m constantly reconfiguring these settings every time they reset to the GHL default.
