Seeing what opportunities are with whom is still really messy in my view. I would expect opportunities to be way more evident in the contact screen. Still, no! They are tucked away somewhere in the left-hand coloumn, which you have to click. Then it does not tell you what the opportunity is; it just says what pipeline and stage. If you are b2b and have a client buying multiple services, this is a real pain in the ass (sorry). As all the opportunities look the same and you have to click into each one to find the one you want, please sort this out. You guys need to look after your b2b clients.
Strangely, in the conversation page, you have the opportunity in a right-hand coloumn, great, you think until you realise that it's all the opportunities and not just the open ones, no filter, no options, so odd, please sort this as well, thank you (and yes I do love the software but it needs some b2b TLC
