Opportunities dates - more than just "Date Created"

It would be fantastic for more options for opportunities dates rather than just "Date Created"If a lead fills in a form on a Sunday and an opportunity is created, but they get converted to a customer and won on a monday, they won't appear in this weeks report for opportunities closed won this week, as it was created in the last week.It also means that if an opportunity was created three weeks ago, and they move to a new pipeline stage this week, they won't appear in a report looking for people in that stageIt would be great to be able to create reports based on 1. State change date2. stage change date

Glad to see this is under review. Being able to EDIT the dates is needed.

Track Opportunity Close Date / Won Date (w/ ability to edit)
J
Justin Showers
We need the ability to track (and edit) an Opportunity's close date (whether it's the date it's marked as Won, Abandoned, or Lost.)
This is critical for pipeline reporting, sales commissions or bonuses, reporting on KPIs, calculating demo-to-close rate, etc.
There are also plenty of use cases where there's the need not only to track the close date, but edit it:
EDIT ABILITY USE CASE #1: Sometimes a deal is closed but the Opp isn't updated right away. Without the ability to edit the date, the close date could be wrong.
EDIT ABILITY USE CASE #2: When migrating data from other systems or other "batch" situations where a bunch of historical Opp data is being inserted into HighLevel for recording keeping or reporting.
EDIT ABILITY USE CASE #3: We had incorrectly setup a "Stage" for Won Opps vs keeping track of that in the "Status". We fixed that structural issue and updated all the Won Opps via the correct "Status". If close date was tracked and there was no way to edit, all the close dates would be wrong.

Even better if we could put that "age" on the opportunity card, and set one or more warning flags that also show up if the opportunity has been sitting at a stage for more than a set period of time

Yes! We need the ability to EDIT the won date as our clients mark won in batches and might do those won in February all at once the first week of March. They will count as won for the wrong month. This update is greatly needed!

How is this not a thing already? Every other free tool out there shows a history of changes to a ticket/item in a pipeline..

totally agree. I'll also add that after migrating from a system like Pipedrive there is a lot of data that I have to "leave behind" on past deals because fields like: expected close date, deal created date, Deal won date/time are not available. If/when these fields are added they should also be available on the bulk import feature. Currently, if I create these as custom fields on the opportunity object, they are not available to import data into because the bulk import only is for the contact option.

Ability to Sort Opportunities by recent activity in opportunities

We often like to make sure that leads aren't falling through the cracks, and would like the ability to sort leads by last contacted on the opportunity page so it pushes those who have the least contact back at us.
This way if someone got removed from our automations by accident, they can still be found before it's too late to capture that business.
