One Contact, Two Opportunity, Two Assignees

I would like a feature that allows me to have one contact (say someone calls and wants a service done). Then to be able to have to opportunities (bc they called have two different types of service needed). Then be able to assign it to two different people (bc we have a sales person for each service type). This would make it great for reporting!
Side Note: only way I can think of working around this is create a new contact (ContactName - Copy 2). Then make a new Op and assign the new sales person.

Currently, if a duplicate opportunity is required, the follower has access to all the Opportunities of that contact instead of just the one opportunity they need access to. ie in a car dealership - There might be one contact who made multiple enquiries through two different channels (Messenger and website form) - two separate opportunities are created, but when a follower is assigned, the follower/user is assigned at Contact level, now the User/Follower have access to both opportunities, but they only should have access to one.
This functionality of assigning to Opportunity-specific followers/users could be included in automations as well.
