Multiple Contacts per Opportunity

For every opportunity, there should be multiple contacts that can be associated to it both as decision makers or simply others that need to be in the loop. For example, husband and wife decision makers, and their personal trainer, the nutritionist, etc communicated with at a click without having to go from the opportunity to the contact's info, look up the saved custom field and then searching for them in Contacts and sending a separate email or phone number.

To add onto this, would love there to be an ability to set "roles" for opportunities - so you can create automations that send to the buyer/seller/lender in the opportunity without having to go in every time to select everyone.

Being able to associate, at a minimum, multiple companies to an opportunity would be our #1 need. Best case outcome would be to associate multiple contacts across different companies to an opportunity. Tying multiple stakeholders from the lead / prospect company, as well as implementation, support contacts from the service vendor companies is key for our sales process.

Ryan Jenkins Hi Ryan. The company I work for conducts many sales which are project based where I am aligning the needs of our customer to different service providers who assist in completing the project. Example being a client who is moving to a new location and who has partnered with us to ensure all technology needs are in place such as phone & internet, network servers, computer hardware, etc. We scope the full job for the client and project manage to contractors who complete their specific areas of expertise. Thus, associating those contacts and companies to a single opportunity would be helpful. Glad to connect further on the request if it can be helpful. As for multiple contacts to a single opportunity, that would be helpful to associate various stakeholders from a prospect / client company as the opportunity progresses to a close. Example here would be to coordinate all tasks, notes, etc to one opportunity where we would align the financial budget from CFO contact, the IT requirements from the CTO, and executive decision maker being the CEO for a final approval.
