When an instgram or Facebook conversation expires this message willappear:

"Instagram DM disabledbecause it has been more than 7 days since the last inbound message was sent by the contact. According to Facebook/Instagram's policy, messaging is disabled until the contact initiates a message again. Once a new message is received from the contact, it will reopen messaging capabilities for you during the service window."

In order to comply with Meta's messaging policy and effectively manage our follow-ups, we need a feature in HighLevel that allows us to filter conversations based on the date the last message was sent by the other person for both Instagram and Facebook DMs.

Previously, we used ManyChat, which had this functionality, enabling us to keep track of the seven-day messaging window.

Implementing this feature in HighLevel would help us identify leads who are nearing the end of this window, ensuring we can follow up appropriately and avoid losing communication opportunities.

Additionally, it would allow us to quickly remove people from our sales pipeline without having to manually check each contact or conversation to see if the time window has expired.
