Why would the client populate that? I think that would be something we want to populate on our end? I agree with Michael - great idea but also the real solution would be to add custom fields to opportunities - so we can add this and set it up for our business - each person is going to have different reasons....Pixfi for instance I can create my own (and color code them too) which I love.

Love this, but seems like the real solution would just be to add custom fields to Opportunities. Then we could add this and many other needed and specialized fields.

Right now I have clients adding that info to a gdoc. It would be nice to keep it all within HighLevel and see at a glance the reasons opportunities are being marked as lost. Even better if the list of reasons is custom so I can add specific selections like poor credit, couldn't afford, hired another company etc.

That would be great feature to be added, I have a lot of clients requesting this fonction, as they want to also analyse the reason of the loss. This allows them to improve in the loss reasons that depend on them.
