We had to create a separate custom field for our lead sources, as our clients have a standard 8-15 lead sources. We report on the success of these lead sources, so need to tag them specifically. Sales people misspell or abbreviate lead sources, or skip them. That makes the reporting on lead sources useless.

I think this should be a very common request that is standard in other CRM platforms.
