IVR direct to Voice Ai Agent

There should be a way to allow automation in the IVR workflow to prompt Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Spanish (or any other available language) AND THEN activate the appropriate Agent directly in the correct language directly without using Call Connect to a User. This seems like a no brainer when we need to give callers a language choice.

I'm upvoting your request John Collins.
Personally, I'm disappointed in the response [or lack of it] time it takes the Voice AI to answer, if it even does. If it doesn't, it just drops the call - not even a voicemail feature to attach to it yet.
