Ability to customize opportunity card

Right now when you open opportunity you can only see specific fields such as opportunity name, source, lead value, etc. but I want to add my custom fields because it also helps a lot and we are not using the lead value field because we have a different way of determining the lead value

It is essential that we also have the ability to use standard merge fields (fields from the Contact, General Info, and Additional Info folders) on the Opportunity card. We should not have multiple, special use Custom Fields for the same info.
Can we add Contact Address from General Info to the Opportunity Card?

Have a feature to turn on where cards get a red background if there is either no task or the task ages (can set different lengths per pipeline).
Tasks are super powerful so having a visual that one doesn't have one and one needs to be created is definitely a big thing for my clients.

We are a real estate company, and it would be extremely helpful to have the street address displayed in the opportunity bubble rather than the first and last name. Both would be ideal, but if we had to pick one, it would be the street address. This is because we organize our lead flow by address rather than owner. In the future, making this more customizable so that users can choose which fields they would like to be displayed front and center would be a great addition.

🚨 Opportunity Rotting / Expiring or "Deal Rotting" like Pipedrive - Opportunity Card Turns RED

It's called "Deal Rotting" in Pipedrive and this is what makes Pipedrive a better CRM than most for me. It's such a visual wake up call. It's so easy to see that I haven't followed up or that I'm about to lose contact with the person.
The other features that are kind of built alongside it, is the
Green Bar inside the deal / opportunity itself. I can see how long that person has been in a particular stage. It was great to see when I was building websites for example. I could see that I promised the client the website would be done in 2 weeks, and the deal / opportunity hadn't changed stages in 3 weeks. It's not only great for sales reps but for customer service on pipelines that are more for project management.
Also there is a feature that makes the deal start rotting after a certain period of days IF there is not a task associated with the deal. PLUS when I complete a task, I cannot move on without an automatic pop up triggering to encourage me to create a new task. It's the best thing about Pipedrive. I've included some screenshots as well.
Things to note:
1.) The activity is colored red if it's "Past due."
2.) The activity is colored green if "Due today.
3.) The activity is grey if "due in future"
4.) The activity is a yellow exclamation point if "no activity has been created"
4.) We can control the number of days for each "stage" until the deal is rotting. For instance, a new lead comes into the system, you don't want to have 30 days until rotting. You'd want 1 day until rotting. Which would then turn red after 24 hrs if that opportunity had no activities completed on it.

"I know this might not be doable but was wondering if there is way to add due dates to the card and that say light up red when overdue. ( I know this is already in the task option but seeing the task preview maybe added to the card without clickin to open it might work)
I was thinking for setting appraisal due dates. etc.
Also being able to add check list would also be amazing but not sure this is something you all are shooting for."Are any of those things we could add right now for her? I've had a few other people request being able to change the color of the opportunity cards for different things but I'm not sure if it's something GHL offers
