I have seen people create a "hot lead" step in pipelines if people respond after being messaged after a Facebook Leads Ad campaign for example. That is a great idea but really people are different levels of "hot leads" depending on when they respond and after what stage etc. In particular, I would love to have a colour RED or ORANGE appear on the card itself, if there is an unread message from that person SINCE it last moved in the pipeline. Like I move the card to another step, it triggers an automation. IF then the person responds, I want to see it in the pipeline, because it's a hotter / more urgent lead that might be blocked in the pipeline, from which we track all this, rather than have that info be lost in all the "Unread" conversations from everyone else that aren't in this specific pipeline. Also if we could choose what tags and custom values we display that would be great. Currently we can see a little number of tag and when we go over it we have all the tags that appear, but I would like to choose specific tags relating to this pipeline or specific custom values that can be opportunity related, like I think it is currently in the work, appear on the card itself.

As shown in the screenshot attached, in Notion we can do that and it makes for very clean and intuitive displays. Like having the list of Properties that are shown or not, choosing colours for them and for the tags within the pipeline etc.
