We would like to request a new permission feature in GoHighLevel that prevents specific users from deleting Opportunity Cards.

Requested Feature

Please add a user permission setting that allows administrators to disable the ability to delete Opportunity Cards for selected users or roles.

Suggested Permission

Delete Opportunity Cards: Enable / Disable

When this permission is disabled, the user should still be able to:

View Opportunity Cards

Edit Opportunity Cards

Move Opportunity Cards between pipeline stages

However, they should not be allowed to delete Opportunity Cards.

Purpose and Benefits

This feature would help us:

Prevent accidental deletion of important sales opportunities

Protect valuable customer and pipeline data

Limit deletion rights to administrators only

Improve access control and accountability

Business Impact

Opportunity Cards contain critical sales and lead information. Restricting deletion permissions will help maintain data integrity and reduce the risk of losing important records.
