When a user is set to “Only Assigned Data”, the Opportunities/Pipeline view does NOT allow filtering by:
Opportunity Owner
Opportunity Followers
These filters only appear when permission is set to “View All”.

Why this matters:
Team Leaders managing multiple agents cannot filter or track their own team properly without giving full access.
This creates:
  • Poor pipeline visibility
  • Harder performance tracking
  • Unnecessary permission risks

Allow Owner & Follower filters to be available even under “Only Assigned Data” permission.
👉 Filters should still respect access limits (only show assigned data)
