Bug In opportunity card - Book/update appointment

Think I discovered a bug second time with support and unable to figure it out , I have a customer that does mobile pick up and drop for laundry services .
They’re starting to see more repeat business and subscriptions for their service so customers are scheduling multiple pick ups not simultaneously but right after the other .
Example: customers schedules a pick up for Monday , Wednesday to following week and another .
We’ve been operating under a workflow that moves the opportunity to pick up day based on the appointment/service bookings schedule pick up date .
My client noticed that on pick up day the wrong appointment wasn’t moved . And also when she clicks on the opportunity card and the book/update appointment that all the opportunities reflect the same date no matter how many opportunities.
I did the same with service , personal , collective , class calendars and even a third party calendar and I’m getting the same thing .
It seems as though the appointment no matter the type is silently a contact field .
If you select an opportunity card and update an appointment time . It’s reflect in all the other opportunities as well .
Sat on with support for 1.5hrs twice before coming here
Any suggestions or is any experiencing the same thing ?

One contact can have multiple opportunities open at the same time, often in the same pipeline. When I open an opportunity and click 'Book Appointment', the appointment attaches to the contact — not to the opportunity I booked from. Every opportunity card for that contact then shows the same appointment badge, and workflows can't tell which opportunity the appointment is actually for. Please link appointments to the opportunity they were booked from, not just to the contact. This is essential for any business where one customer can have multiple deals running at the same time.
