Assign users to opportunities from call answered

There is a workflow that allows you to trigger the creation of an opportunity from an incoming call, however it doesn't actually create the opportunity until the call has completed. We have group calling set up and I want to assign the user who answers the phone so the pipeline stage is not assigning some other random user from that stage. It should be the person who answered the call.

This should be a common feature to be honest. I have clients complaining regarding this issue
