  1. I believe that the opportunity for a market grab for GHL is massive if they add a few features for contractors, like an App with checklists, timers, route optimizer, and the ability to add images + any other details that can be easily accessed and updated.
  2. GHL already has a lot of the base features needed in Opportunities. I like how agnostic it currently is, but it also needs features like the ones above and in the screenshot to fit any industry. Creating easy flexibility is the future of CRM!
