Allow for @ call outs for team members in opportunity notes or send internal emails on the opportunity itself.

We'd like to communicate among employees of a particular opportunity and what is needed. We can't email each other, because main point of contact is immediately the customer's email. There is no current way for us to chat with each other about opportunities or communicate on for internal support without having to go externally to outlook for correspondence.

Our teams rely on the Notes section within an Opportunity (Job) to track critical client communication, material decisions, and next steps. Currently, when a team member needs another user to take action or review an update, they have to jump out of GHL to send a Slack, text, or email. This leads to information silos and missed handoffs, drastically slowing down project velocity.
The Solution:
Please extend the existing @ user tagging functionality from the internal comments (which are often too granular for major updates) into the main Opportunity Notes feed.
When a user types @username in an Opportunity Note, the system should:
Automatically notify the mentioned user via the GHL in-app bell notification and/or email (configurable).
Provide a direct link to that specific Opportunity/Note.
Why this will get traction and improve workflow:
Centralization: Keeps all high-value collaboration inside the platform, directly tied to the client record.
Efficiency: Eliminates the "context-switching cost" of communicating across multiple apps.
Accountability: Clearly delegates the next step/responsibility to a specific team member.

Yes, like internal comments in Contact, we surely need this feature in Opportunity Details -> Notes section. As we always need to ask question regarding and opporunity and need to let another person in Followers that they can now start to work on the opportunity.....Although I see only few votes but this feature can make our life so easy. Currently we have to send email or do a message outside of ghl.
