Add "Speed to Lead" Indicator on Opportunity Cards (Color-Coded)

Currently, there's no quick way to see how fast a lead was contacted directly on the Opportunity card in the pipeline view. Agencies and businesses that rely on fast lead response times (a key factor in conversion rates) have to dig into Conversations or custom fields to check this — there's no at-a-glance visual indicator on the card itself.
The request:
Add a "Speed to Lead" indicator directly on the Opportunity card that shows how much time passed between when the lead/opportunity came in and when the first manual response was sent.
Suggested behavior:
🟢 Green — Contacted within the target/acceptable time window
🔴 Red — Contacted late (outside the target window)
Optionally show the actual time (e.g., "Contacted in 8 min" or "Contacted in 2 hrs")
Allow agencies to set their own "target response time" (e.g., 5 min, 15 min, 1 hour) per pipeline or per opportunity type, similar to how SLA targets are configurable in Conversations — so the green/red threshold matches each business's own speed-to-lead goal.
This would give sales teams and agency owners instant visibility into lead responsiveness right where they already spend most of their time — the Opportunities pipeline.
