Add Separate MRR Field on Opportunities

Many of us run subscription-based service businesses where MRR is the core metric.
Right now, Opportunity Value mixes one-time revenue (setup fees, onboarding, hardware) with recurring monthly revenue. This makes pipelines, forecasting, and reporting inaccurate.
Request: Add a dedicated [separate] MRR Value field on Opportunities.
Opportunity Value would represent one-time revenue.
MRR Value would represent monthly recurring revenue.
A single deal often includes both. The CRM should reflect that.
