Add "Is Not" Filter for Smart Tag Attributes that have a date

Currently with smart tags in opportunities you can make a "new lead" by filtering leads created within 3 days. It would be great to flag leads older than 3 days as stale. Would just need to be able to change "is" to "is not"
This would also help being able to mark opportunities that have not been updated in 24 hours, so my team knows they need to be "touched"
Currently only some attributes can select "is" and "is Not". Any of the attributes relating to a date don't have that option.

Feature Request: Add "IS NOT" Operator to Smart Tags Rules (Crucial for Stagnant Lead Detection)

Daniel Aragon
The Problem: Currently, when creating Smart Tags based on date fields (like Updated On, Last Appointment, or Created On), the only available operator in the dropdown is "IS".
This is a major limitation because it only allows us to tag leads that have matched a criteria recently, but it prevents us from tagging leads that are being neglected.
The Use Case (Why we need this): As a sales team, we need to visually identify leads that are "stagnant" or haven't been touched in a specific timeframe directly on the Pipeline View.
I want to create a Smart Tag called "Needs Attention" that appears automatically when a lead has NOT been updated in the last 72 hours.
Currently, I cannot set the rule: Updated On > IS NOT > Last 3 Days. I can only do the inverse, which doesn't help me identify the neglected leads.
Proposed Solution: Please enable the "IS NOT" operator for date-based filters in the Smart Tag settings.
Example Logic:
Rule: Updated On ➡️ IS NOT ➡️ Last 3 Days
Result: Apply tag "Stagnant Lead".
