Right now, I need to go into the contact to make a call. It would be helpful to see the phone number directly on the opportunity card, so I don't have to go to the contact card to call.

I am starting to approach leads and it would be amazing if I could instigate a call (using my HL phone #) from within the card. Or compose a message. I can make other changes to the contact and make notes etc. Would make sense that this "Opportunity Snapshot" be a one-stop-shop for contacting and recording the outcome of the lead.

You can just close out the opportunity card pop-up and either dial direct from the contact, or if you are inside "Opportunities" you can X out the Opportunity Card you're viewing and click the call button directly on the contact card view inside Opportunities - https://prnt.sc/pqK1MxAHJ3fi

Yes, many of our clients have requested this (120+). So many other things are unified with shortcuts, I think an easy shortcut or link button on the card would be perfect!
