We use tags as triggers for various actions/workflows.
Having customizable action buttons for opportunities, contacts, and conversations would be great.
For example, when marking a lead/opportunity as a dead lead, having a custom 'dead' quick button/icon would:
  • Add #dead lead tag
  • Enable DND
  • Move opportunity to 'dead leads' pipeline stage
  • Execute other related actions
The button would have a selected workflow that runs when clicked (the workflow doesn't need a trigger, it should just be enabled).
These action buttons should include options to:
  • Require confirmation before executing
  • Display button title or just the icon to save space
When there isn't enough space for all action buttons, show a few and hide the rest under a collapsible menu.
Adding a tag manually takes too long. This is a modern solution for frequent actions.
