Currently, when a custom field is created for Opportunities in GHL, it appears across all pipelines. This creates unnecessary clutter and confusion—especially for teams managing multiple, distinct sales workflows (e.g., RFP pipelines, service sales, client onboarding, etc.).
Feature Request:
We need the ability to conditionally display custom Opportunity fields based on the pipeline they belong to. Ideally, this would be managed within the Pipeline or Custom Field settings, allowing users to toggle visibility for each field per pipeline.
Use Case:
For example, our RFP Pipeline requires custom fields like:
RFP Source
Submission Deadline
Scoring Criteria
PWin Estimate
These fields are completely irrelevant to our other pipelines (e.g., retainer sales or support requests), but they still show up universally, causing clutter and user error.
Benefits:
Cleaner, more relevant pipeline experiences
Increased usability and efficiency for teams managing multiple products/services

Visibility toggle for each custom field by pipeline
Ability to group or categorize fields per pipeline
