Ability to send updates or emails to all associated contacts

It would be great if we can send updates or emails to all associated contacts. When we initiate a workflow, additional contact would not receive the email based on the entry of just the primary contact.

This would be helpful to us as well, some of our opportunities are for minors and we need their parents to be notified, but we don't want duplicate contacts.
