I have fields for all the contacts but I cant call from within the deal or contacts info from mobile.

Which means you have to remember everyone's name and store their info in you cell phone.

It would make sense to be able to call anyone that is involved in the process from the contact.

That way you have access to all contacts and numbers in one place.
