More Robust Dialer - Multi-Line, Speed to Lead Metric, DNC Scrubbing, Local Presence

Would love to have some features for call centers or sales teams similar to ready mode, batch dialer, etc.. The ability to put logic into the dialer to prioritize types of leads or new leads as they come in. Speed to lead metric!!!!!! Multiple Lines, auto local presence, predictive dialer, double call, DNC Scrubbing and Known Litigator would be huge as well.

Also insurance agents need this... We have people getting third party dialers because the native dialer doesn't have this yet.
