Our smart lists filter out DND that is turned out, but when we send emails to that smart list we get 'failed' for all the DND. This confuses the client and they think they are being billed for these attempts. Please stop sending messages to DND turned on contacts to avoid them showing up in the 'failed' section of the stats.
