Translation for the Country Drop Down

Currently, the Country Drop Down is not translated into the desired account language. This means that the import of contacts that include the country data is not successful since it does not match the local language that is used in the import file, in my case German.
There is also no way to manually change the country drop-down since editing is not enabled.
Please either include this data into the translation or at least enable manual changes.

Ability to set top 3-5 countries for the Account (sub-account/location) so user doesn't have to scroll so far.

The countries also only show in English in the forms. Another reason to translate them so users form other countries see the countries in their language. You can match the browser language to the specific language and still use EN as a fallback.

Update: I noticed that using the 2 letter country code like "DE" for Germany will work for importing the correct country. But still the country is being displayed only in English, also if a different display language has been chosen.
