Article 155000006186 (modified 1 Feb 2026) has a section titled "Outbound Communication Language for Custom Values" listing fourteen supported languages, Swedish among them. Directly under that list, in the same section, it names the variables the setting affects: {{appointment.start_time}}, {{appointment.only_start_date}}, {{appointment.day_of_week}}, and the {{right_now.*}} set.

In my sub-account that dropdown contains English (United States) and nothing else. Platform Language, the field directly above it, has the full list.

I shared my screen with support showing that article. Their position was that the language list belongs to Platform Language. That doesn't hold up — Platform Language affects no custom values, and the article's table of contents lists the two as separate sections, with no language list under Platform Language at all.

The older article 48000982605 shows the same list under the same heading but tags it "(Platform Language)", so the two articles contradict each other.

Anyone here got a language other than English in that dropdown?
