The translation of form fields seems to be broken. I've created a form that has several fields on it and placed it on a Dutch page (meta settings set to 'nl - Dutch'). Some translate, some don't. As can be seen in the screenshot, the text fields do not fully translate while the email field and T & C validation do translate correctly.

Or is there another location where this can be set?
