The Africa/Johannesburg timezone (South Africa Standard Time - SAST, UTC+2) is missing from the Time Zone dropdown when creating or editing sub-accounts. Currently, the only Africa/GMT+2 option available is Africa/Harare (CAT), which is not the correct timezone identifier for South African businesses.

Please add Africa/Johannesburg (SAST) to the sub-account timezone dropdown so that South African agencies and clients can correctly set their timezone.
