Request for Customizable Invoice Fields in GoHighLevel
E
Evelien Schoeman
Previously, it was possible to customize the invoice fields within GoHighLevel to align with local requirements here in the Netherlands. Specifically, we could remove the “State” field, place the postal code in its proper location, and use the freed fields to add our mandatory Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT numbers. These two details are legally required on invoices in the Netherlands.
However, since the recent update, these address fields have become fixed in an American format, which does not accommodate the mandatory fields for Dutch users. This is causing issues for ALL my clients who rely on GoHighLevel for their invoicing (20+).
To resolve this, I kindly request the option to customize invoice fields or include a template that supports the Dutch invoice format. The ideal structure for us would be:
• Company Name
• Street Name + House Number
• Postal Code
• City
• Country
• Chamber of Commerce Number (KvK-nummer)
• VAT Number (BTW-nummer)
Having this functionality would ensure compliance with Dutch legal requirements and improve the experience for users in this region.
Thank you for your attention to this matter

Hi devs, this is a mandatory requirement by Australian government to display your ABN number on the invoice before being sent out, can you please add this feature to have custom attributes for the business.
"All businesses irrespective of size or turnover must apply to the ATO to obtain an ABN and you must display that ABN on all your invoices. There is often confusion between the two numbers because the ATO uses the Australian Company Number as the basis for a company's ABN."

Need the ability to design the address layout and remove fields as required.

Definitely would be nice to be able to customise. Remove physical address, add ABN number, etc.
