Would LOVE to see the ability to create and send proposals, invoices, and contracts, all with esign and payment functionality within HighLevel. Just seems like a natural fit with all the other features and it's something every agency has to do. Basically replacing the need for one-off platforms like 17hats, HoneyBook, or FreshBooks. Cheers!

Can it not be set up for the customer and the business owner (sub-account owner) not be set as recipients that both need to sign?

Ability to rename proposals and estimates, would give it more flexibility in usage in various different industries. If we could call proposals, "contract" or "consent form" and so on, it can be tailored for photography businesses or for counselling clients etc. If the naming reflects in the email that gets auto sent and doesn't say a new estimate/proposal is sent/signed, then it will all be very scalable to other industries.

I don't know if you've already seen Dubsado. This software a real great for make proposals and invoice. The way to structure and the easy way to build the PDFs for share is insane. You've to take like the base for a functional system

NECESSARY FEATURE: When they sign the contract, it should allow the date they want to book for the service (that is, the service they're signing the contract for) to be automatically booked on a particular calendar, also.

Is there a way to change the proposal text? For example when a proposal is signed it shows this text but I would like to change it "This is to confirm that we have duly received your signature on the below Proposal. Please find attached a copy of the same for reference. We look forward to serving you"

And make sure this can be triggered via a WorkFlow. I.e. Order form submitted --> Create proposal/contract --> Send proposal/contract with fields already populated, ready for the client to sign automatically. This way no manual work is required if someone wants to send a contract to a customer or client after a payment.
